Gustavo A. Fernandez attended Florida State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and a minor in Political Science. He then attended Florida State University School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and Texas Bar. Since the inception of Gustavo A. Fernandez, P.A., Mr. Fernandez has represented countless clients charged with criminal offenses and clients seeking legal status in the U.S.

Mr. Fernandez is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, South Miami Bar Association and regularly handles pro bono cases for the Put Something Back Program.
